As JOliva has evolved into a multifaceted company within the 8a sector, we have continuously improved our capabilities to handle larger and more intense projects. We self‐provide the grounds keeping

services as the prime contractor and select a highly trained and capable crew that would meet the requirements specified within the scope of work, at a fair and competitive priced proposal.

All our contract mowing schedules are planned meticulously, including factors such as weather conditions to ensure that grounds maintenance is completed in a timely manner. We also use a quality control plan that includes checklists to be signed off by the appropriate government personnel.
